For cancellation, 15% shall be charged before 10 days of the arrivals, 25%, before 5 days of arrival and 50% with in 3 days: No refund of the amount paid and no claim for short stay and for un-availed facilities. |
- The Check in /Check out time of the Hotel is normally 12 Noon, unless otherwise specified.
- This Voucher is issued irrevocably for the period specified & the client is responsible for the late arrival & early departures.
- Hotel Him Leela Regency is not responsible for any illness, loss, damage, their injury, death etc. suffered by the client during stay at the Hotel or in transit.
- Hotel Him Leela Regency has issued this Exchange order in good faith, based on the rates approved by the concerned authorities and the same are subject to change without notice.
- Hotel Him Leela Regency reserves the right to cancel this exchange order without notice and can only be held responsible for the advance deposited with us.
- This exchange order is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The advance collection against this exchange order will be credited to your account at the Hotel & adjustment made at the time of Check-Out in the final bill.
All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Shimla Courts only |
